Native 16K panoramas. Precision leveled.
Ready for your workflow. Delivered in 48-72 hours.
Each Pro2 and Pro3 scan starts with 134 megapixels of sensor data. Standard Workshop exports are limited to 8K. 16K Native delivers that captured detail in full native resolution as a standard equirectangular JPEG. Precision leveled and ready for your own tour, archive, or client workflow.
134 megapixels per scan point from the captured sensor data, delivered as a standard equirectangular JPEG. This is real 16K image detail, not a browser capture or conventional upscale.
Every scan position is corrected using the tilt angles recorded by the camera at the moment of capture. Not visual estimation. Not AI correction. Precise horizon leveling from camera-recorded data.
Every scan position includes spatial data that preserves its relationship to the others. Import the dataset into compatible tour software and the full scan group arrives already arranged, reducing manual placement and helping you connect panoramas faster.
Full sensor resolution preserved. Not upscaled, not interpolated.
Pitch and roll correction from camera-recorded orientation data. No manual horizon guessing. No panorama-by-panorama leveling before tour building.
Scan positions keep their relative arrangement, giving compatible tour software a clean starting point instead of isolated panorama files.
Relative positioning preserves the scan group. The group can still be rotated later if map orientation matters.
Start with a compact single-position sample to inspect native resolution, leveling, EXIF behavior, and product variants. Use the larger workflow sample when you want to test relative positioning and auto-connect workflows.
One scan position across Workshop 8K and all three 16K Native product variants. Best for a fast quality check.

Compare a standard 8K Workshop export with its 16K Native version. Switch between them to see the difference in fine detail and horizon leveling. Zoom in, then decide which result you want to deliver.
Standard 8K export. 8K resolution. Horizon correction must be applied manually.
Once your scan is available as standard panorama files, it is no longer limited to a single platform. Build tours, deliver projects offline, document progress, or keep an accessible archive in the workflow that suits you and your client.
Import precisely leveled panoramas into 3DVista or Pano2VR. Their consistent scan layout reduces manual placement and helps you build tours faster. Create branded, self-hosted tours without an ongoing platform dependency.
Deliver a complete virtual tour on a USB drive or local server. No internet connection or active platform subscription is required. A practical option for secure facilities and clients who need control over their files.
For projects where data location and access matter, self-hosted tours keep hosting choices in your hands. This supports privacy-conscious workflows and gives clients greater control over how their project is delivered.
Create high-resolution visual records at every project milestone. Document site conditions, completed work, and installed systems in files that remain accessible independently of a cloud platform.
Standard JPEG panorama files require no proprietary viewer, subscription, or platform to remain accessible. Your archive can still be opened with standard image software years from now.
Use high-resolution panoramas alongside point clouds and BIM models as a detailed visual reference. The consistent scan layout makes it easier to relate panoramas to the rest of the project.
With 134 megapixels per scan position, you can create detailed crops and large-format output well beyond standard 8K exports.
High-resolution, precisely leveled panoramas provide a detailed visual record of a space. A project copy is transferred by an account administrator, creating a documented path from source project to delivered files. Archive Master output is used for insurance, condition, and dispute documentation.
The process is designed to keep your part simple. No technical setup. No special software. Your original project remains online and unchanged throughout.
In Matterport Workshop, create a copy of the project you want processed. We work only with that copy, so your original project remains online and unchanged.
Transfer the duplicate to our secure processing account using the Project Transfer Guide. The transfer is initiated by an account administrator, so we process only a project copy provided through your account.
Within 48 to 72 hours, you receive a complete panorama dataset that has been individually quality-checked. The files are standard JPEG panoramas, precisely leveled and ready to import into 3DVista, Pano2VR, or other compatible software.
Your project copy is permanently deleted from our processing system after delivery.
The quality of a panorama depends on its source data and the process used to generate it. 16K Native works from the sensor data captured by your Pro2 or Pro3 scan positions and delivers standard panorama files at full native resolution.

Comparison applies to Matterport scan positions. Each project is processed from an admin-transferred project copy. Required source data is purchased directly from Matterport for every order. 360° Images attached to the project are included and clearly identified. Unlike scan positions, they are not native sensor-data outputs and do not include scan-layout positioning data. |

Every product includes the complete panorama set from your Matterport project. Scan positions are generated from native Matterport source imagery and include the leveling method of the selected product. 360° Images are included as separately identified files. Pricing is per project, based on scan count.
12K output generated from native 16K source data. Smaller files than 16K, with significantly more detail than standard 8K exports. Leveling correction is embedded in EXIF metadata for software and platforms that read panorama orientation data.
Ideal for: Residential real estate · Hospitality · Virtual staging
See Pricing →Full native 16K resolution with maximum image detail from the captured sensor data. Leveling correction is embedded in EXIF metadata, preserving the original pixels while compatible software and platforms apply the horizon correction from panorama orientation data.
Ideal for: 3DVista & Pano2VR workflows · Museums · Luxury real estate
See Pricing →Leveling correction is permanently applied directly to the image pixels. The horizon-corrected result displays correctly even in viewers that do not read EXIF metadata. Built for records that must remain accessible and visually consistent over time.
Ideal for: Construction documentation · Legal records · Archiving
See Pricing →Leveling and scan-layout data apply to Matterport scan positions. 360° Images are included as separately identified files and do not include scan-layout positioning data.

16K Native was built from real project work, not as a generic export tool. I work with Matterport, laser scanning, and spatial documentation on commercial and institutional projects, and I built the service because I needed this output in my own workflow.
The processing engine is developed and maintained in-house. Scan positions are generated from captured sensor data and corrected using the camera's recorded orientation angles, not visual estimation or AI-based horizon detection.
16K Native is operated by Dimension3 GmbH, the company behind my commercial scanning and documentation work. Every project follows a controlled in-house workflow, from project transfer to delivery, and every dataset is checked before it leaves our system.
